- StoryNewsom vetoes measure that would have penalized the use of smart glasses to secretly record people
Not a viable candidate by any means.
More of this, but only as a temporary solution while accessible restrooms are made available for unhoused/homeless populations. It’s unconscionable how you’re treated - by the public and by city/state personnel - once it happens to you. Your existence has been criminalized, and you’ve been dehumanized.
Worst part is they’re deliberately making it horrible.
“Assisted euthanasia” meant for terminally ill people who choose it has a completely effective drug protocol that ensures a quick, peaceful death. Every time.
Proves the death penalty has nothing to do with “eye for an eye” justice. There’s no method ever used that isn’t hideously painful first.
It’s legal torture that leads to a death… usually.(I like that it notes that the comment’s been edited.)
Petsitting for a neighbor and she wanted me to give raw milk to her cats daily, as she’d been doing.
I… “forgot”. (and said nothing) 🤫🤢good; for chrissake don’t travel here, absolutely nothing is worth it at present time.
There’s way more of us than them… just sayin
Source of medical info: me, 16 years as an EMT.
“Snoring” respirations are frightening indicators of a body shutting down with no guarantee that the person isn’t fully aware that they’re suffocating and unable to do anything about it. They may look asleep; they’re not. Opioid ODs are often like this as well. It’s terrifying that we’re legally allowed to inflict this on others and it’s seen as a peaceful death; it’s most often anything but.
Depends on the specific set of drugs used and in what order.horrific scenario. What they described as “snoring” was Pike’s CNS struggling to keep breathing; the use of “snoring” also allows the reader to assume that Pike was asleep and unaware of what was happening due to the drug, which is absolutely not the case in most incidents of this kind.
I don’t know what the answer is, I just know it ain’t this.
