Spanish pensioner whose eviction sparked protests dies

Maricarmen Abascal, the 87-year-old Spanish woman whose eviction sparked nationwide protests, has died. Ms Abascal had been hospitalised after she was evicted from the apartment she had lived in for seven decades.
